We are now looking for an Air Freight Director to lead and develop our air freight operations in Poland.

What you will do:

As our Air Freight Director, you will play a strategic role in driving our growth within the air freight segment.
You will:

• Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Air Freight team
• Develop strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue
• Lead negotiations and build long-term partnerships
• Ensure budget implementation and financial control
• Collaborate closely with the regional and global network
• Shape the long-term direction of our Air Freight offering in Poland

What we’re looking for:

You are a senior logistics professional with a passion for results and people. You bring:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Transport & Logistics, with a strong focus on Air Freight
• Proven leadership skills and a track record in business development
• Solid understanding of Air and Ocean products (multiproduct experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Strong analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
• Fluency in English and Polish
