How would you describe your role?
My role involves a lot of structuring, planning, and ensuring efficiency. You must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
What is the most exciting part of your job?
All the people you meet and have contact with - from Sweden and all around the world.
How would you describe the culture at Hecksher?
Our culture is full of humor and has a familiar atmosphere where everyone helps each other.
Do you have any tips to customers planning their transportation?
Focus on what’s important for your transport - is it the price, the transit time or the environmental emissions?
What does customer focus mean to you and how do you apply it in your daily work?
It means keeping the customer at the center and building trust. You need to make them feel safe with you and show them that you have control over their transport.
What are you most proud of in your work?
I'm most proud when, despite how hard or difficult a shipment has been, I feel that I have learned something new from it in the end.

Be happy, you can come a long way on that.
